Custom-Made Curtains Return Policy

Because our curtains are custom-made to your specific measurements and fabric selections, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We take great care to ensure accuracy in measurements and fabrication, and we will correct any errors we have made at no additional cost to you.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has commenced, cancellation is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive curtains that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and, if the defect is confirmed to be due to our manufacturing process, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Measurement Errors

If we made an error in measuring your windows that results in curtains that do not fit properly, we will remake the curtains at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of installation if you notice any measurement-related issues.

Installation Issues

If you experience any issues with our installation service, please contact us immediately. We will send our installation team to correct any problems related to our installation workmanship at no additional charge.

Refund Process

In cases where a refund is warranted due to our error or a manufacturing defect, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, if applicable. Service fees for measurement and consultation are non-refundable once services have been performed, as these are rendered services.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Virginia state law or federal law. If you are a Virginia resident, you may have additional rights regarding returns and refunds for defective goods.
