Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you may pursue binding arbitration or file a claim in small claims court in Richmond, Virginia, as appropriate.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wickecoshop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
